LMR Technical Group (LMR) is seeking a Task Manager to join our team.
Location: MacDill Air Force Base, FL
Job Description:
The Task Manager is the senior on-site leader responsible for all Warrior Care Global Support Services (WCGS) contract operations. This role oversees all contractor activities and personnel, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and maintaining direct communication with USSOCOM leadership.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations and personnel across all contract locations
- Serve as primary liaison with USSOCOM WCP leadership.
- Oversee staffing levels, backfill planning, and performance metrics.
- Ensure timely submission of all required reports and deliverables.
- Provide contingency planning and issue resolution for operational challenges.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (any) from an accredited agency recognized by the U.S. Secretary of Education.
- Current, active TS/SCI security clearance.
- 8 years of relevant experience in a management role, ideally in program management and personnel development within a SOF organization. Experience can be combined from CIV/CTR/MIL positions.
- Experience should include exposure to a multi-service environment where expertise is utilized in advising a broad labor pool.
- In-depth knowledge of government contracting and SOCOM mission requirements.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage geographically dispersed teams.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and performance management systems.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
