Position Overview :
If you are a dedicated IT professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with clients to deliver exceptional IT services, we would love to hear from you! As an Account Engineer, you will be part of a team that provides onsite and remote support while under the guidance and assistance of a Senior Engineer. As the team member with the most hands-on knowledge of your assigned clients’ IT systems and network infrastructure, you will work closely with your clients to provide technical support, expert guidance, and regularly scheduled maintenance. This position requires a high level of technical expertise, excellent collaboration and teamwork skills, a passion for learning, and a desire to provide exceptional customer service.

Day to Day Duties of the Account Engineer :
The Account Engineer will have the opportunity to work with diverse technologies and solve complex IT challenges for LMT clients.
