The Coordinator of Examination Services for the Lincoln Memorial University (LMU) DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine (DCOM) is responsible for the support of the preparation and maintenance of examinations.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors Degree or *2-3 years experience in an academic setting
Preferred Qualifications
Undergraduate coursework is taken in statistics or higher-level math (or verifiable experience).

prepare and set-up exams preparation and administration schedules

collect and accurately enter exam questions with accompanying images from designated course directors and faculty

accurately enter exam question categories for each exam question for performance and outcomes reporting
Job Duty
manage, supervise and assign proctors during examinations
Job Duty
monitor security, confidentiality, and quality control of all prepared exams
Job Duty
create and maintain score spreadsheets for each designated exam
Job Duty
modify score spreadsheets according to course director requests and in compliance with syllabi language
Job Duty
enter all exam and assessment scores into learning management system grade center
Job Duty
manage administration of exam during exam day
Job Duty
serve as proctor during examinations as needed
Job Duty
provide reports to the faculty, deans and student progress committee as requested
Job Duty
work with student services to accurately account for student lists and courses
Job Duty
participate on university committees
Job Duty
complete required institutional, program accreditation, and other reports necessary for the advancement of University programs, both on campus and at extended campus sites

perform other duties as assigned
