The Health Professions Training Support Specialist for Lincoln Memorial University-DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine (LMU-DCOM) Center for Interprofessional Education and Simulation (CIPES) is responsible for providing learning support to medical and other health professions students.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters in public health, business, education or health related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Healthcare or healthcare education background a plus; *Project management experience; *Experience with simulation as an educational tool or with hi-fidelity simulation manikins

Create, maintain electronic surveys/forms/logs and report on all data collection efforts

Acquire and/or maintain professional medical, simulation and/or education credentialing

Stay up-to-date on medical, simulation and education training, methodologies and best practices

Organize and participate in community outreach programs

Work within State and Federal codes, statutes and regulations that govern Tennessee
Job Duty
Participate on university committees
Job Duty
Complete required institutional, program accreditation, and other reports necessary for the advancement of University programs, both on campus and at extended campus sites
