Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Junior Account Executive to join our team on a full-time basis. The position is based in Vadodara, Karjan, Bharuch, Ankleshwar, or Dabhoi. As an Account Executive, you will play a vital role in our finance and accounting operations, contributing to the overall success of LN Goenka Agro Foods Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles and be well-versed in financial software and documentation.

Qualifications And Skills

• Proficiency in Tally for efficient management of accounting transactions and report generation.
• Experience in recording and processing sales and purchase entries accurately and on time.
• Ability to conduct daily cash reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accurately accounted for.
• Knowledge of taxation laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all financial activities.
• Strong accounting skills, including preparation and examination of financial records and statements.
• Competence in making journal voucher entries to maintain an organized and accurate ledger.
• Experience with electronic invoicing systems to manage and process e-invoices effectively.
• Skilled in managing purchase orders from initiation to payment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and accuracy.
  
  

Roles And Responsibilities

• Process and maintain records of sales and purchase transactions using Tally and other accounting software.
• Conduct daily cash reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, assisting in tax preparation and filing procedures.
• Prepare journal entries and manage the financial ledger for accuracy and completeness.
• Handle e-invoicing tasks, ensuring timely and accurate billing and documentation.
• Manage purchase orders, ensuring suppliers' orders are documented and payments are processed efficiently.
• Assist in financial reporting and record-keeping as required by management and regulatory bodies.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to support overall business objectives and initiatives.
