Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Sales / Project Assistant at our Office in Johns Creek, GA. The Executive Sales / Project Assistant will provide support to the Sales and Project Department. The Assistant will also provide executive support to the company's leaders, including scheduling and organizing meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing calendars, day to day project administration, and outbound marketing assitance. He / She will assist in the reviewing rep activity and lighting quotes.
Qualifications
- Experience in Human Resources Administration
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite / .Salesforce / Social Media
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field experience.
