As the HR Operations Manager you will need to be an expert in ADP Workforce Now, and proficient in all aspects of HR Operations with a proven track record of increasing efficiency and driving digitization:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Supervise a staff of 4 FTE's responsible for Time and Attendance/Payroll, Benefits and non-management Recruitment/onboarding
- Ensure that payroll is accurate and documentation is provided for absences, LOA's, etc.
- Responsible for the integrity of the ADP database
- Manage EDI links as needed to maintain connections with vendors
- Oversight of all year end reporting in conjunction with accounting including accurate W-2's and 3PSP.
- Provide oversight of internal processes including Change of Status', Qualifying Events, Onboarding, etc. adding efficiencies where appropriate
- Oversee reporting including weekly leaves, hires, terms.
- Ensure accurate tracking and documentation of leave requests, approvals and denials.
- Oversee Workers Compensation claim process including intake, filing and follow up.
- Assist with executing the open enrollment process including but not limited to attending meetings and providing follow up to employees.
- Lead conversion team during necessary upgrades
- Reporting as needed including creating census' and regulatory reports
- Liaison to Social Compliance and Internal Auditors.
- Act as liaison with insurance representatives as needed.
- Collaborate with the Employee Relations Manager as needed to execute projects and complete tasks.
- Write procedures to support the HR operations functions and supervisors
- Respond to employee questions and support supervisors in all areas of HR operations
This position supports 1500 employees. The successful candidate will have:
- Minimum 5 years of related experience
- Benefit and Leave Administration experience
- Strong knowledge of FLSA compliance
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficient in Excel
- Bi-lingual Spanish
- Proficient in ADP Workforce Now
- SHRM CP or PHR certifications preferred - not required
This is an in-person position. There is no remote option for this role. Extended hours may be required from time to time.

When determining a team member's base salary and/or rate, several factors may be considered as permitted by law.
Salary : $75,000 - $125,000
