Human Resources Operations Leader
The HR Operations Advisor position is integral and crucial to the success of the Human Resources function and the larger organization. It will oversee all aspects of HR Technology Systems (HRIS), Benefits Administration, Compensation Programs, and Onboarding Processes within the organization. This position will have comprehensive knowledge in these areas and be able to execute both strategic and tactical responsibilities. The emphasis will be on confident and effective leadership of HR systems implementation, business process efficiencies, and ongoing maintenance of HR management systems and employee portals.
This is not just a position but a hands-on role. The HR Operations Advisor will actively implement and optimize key HR technology and process areas, serving as a strategic partner to business leadership. This role is required to be onsite at our Bay Shore, NY location.
Tasks included but not limited to :
- HR Technology Systems (HRIS)
- Lead the configuration, optimization, and management of HR technology systems to support efficient workflows and ensure data integrity
- Perform regular audits to maintain data accuracy and compliance within HR systems
- Collaborate with IT and vendors for system enhancements and troubleshooting
- Ensure maintenance of all HR data and database integrity through regular system audits
- Identify and evaluate state-of-the-art technologies to optimize self-service capabilities
- Monitor system performance metrics and implement improvements based on data analysis
