Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Representative to join our team. In this contract remote role, you will be instrumental in expanding our client base within the real estate lending market. You will identify and pursue new business opportunities, engage with prospective clients, and guide them through our lending process. The role involves building strong relationships and clearly communicating the value of our loan products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and engage with potential clients to introduce Loan Ranger Capital’s services
  • Develop and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive business growth
  • Present and explain loan products to clients, tailoring solutions to meet their needs
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure a smooth loan processing experience for clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets through strategic outreach and relationship management

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Proactively identify and qualify potential clients using various outreach methods, such as real estate events, cold calling, networking groups, SMS, and email campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, effectively guiding them through the sales funnel and converting leads into loan applications.
  • Stay current with real estate market trends to identify new lead sources and opportunities.
  • Act as a knowledgeable expert on our lending products, processes, and criteria, ensuring prospects understand the unique benefits of our loan programs.
  • Track and update lead statuses, ensuring real-time data is available for reporting and forecasting.
  • Collect and organize application information from prospects to facilitate a smooth and efficient loan processing experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including loan processing and underwriting, to ensure that the client experience is seamless from start to finish.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition
  • Experience working remotely
  • Experience utilizing and maintaining CRM pipelines
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently, stay self-motivated, and manage remote responsibilities
  • Experience in the finance or real estate industry, Hard Money Loans is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $60,428.00 - $150,000.00 per year
