What You Will Do as a Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative:
- Establish Relationships with WARM leads that we provide you. There is NO cold calling in this role. Our leads are pre-qualified.
- Follow a structured, phone-based consultative sales process to collect necessary information from the consumer.
- Promote the product by generating and presenting proposals to the consumer that highlight the benefits and features of the Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) product, while providing education and ensuring comprehension of the key HELOC product features.
- Assist with collecting and reviewing customer financial documentation to ensure accuracy, working in partnership with Loan Processors.
- Serve as the client's primary contact point during the full origination process.
- Exceed sales goals and objectives.
Qualifications for the Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative role:
- Financial Acumen- Ability to analyze and comprehend financial data.
- Time Management - Solid time management skills with the ability to organize, prioritize and perform multiple detail-oriented tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced technology driven environment.
- Communication Skills – Ability to interact comfortably over the phone with customers, building trust and establishing relationships with each client.
- Tech Savvy - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Commitment to Licensing - Must be able to study and pass the required test for Mortgage Loan Originator license. Because we invest in your success, we provide a comprehensive PAID training program! We incur the cost and all associated fees of the licensing process.
- Coachability- Continuous training and coaching are provided by us to keep your skills sharp, you bring the willingness to learn the “LoanCraft Way”.
- Education- Some college credit hours are required. Sales experience is NOT required! We have successfully coached and trained many people from a wide range of backgrounds.

Compensation for the Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative role:
This position offers a base hourly rate of $25.00 per hour, plus monthly uncapped commission based on personal performance.
