Lobar Inc. is large General Contractor working in the public bid markets throughout the entire state of Pennsylvania, as well as Maryland, West Virginia, and New York. We specialize in K-12 education, Higher Education, Water/Wastewater, and all other public construction projects.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Lobar, Inc. is seeking full-time Water & Wastewater Field Mechanical Foreman. The Mechanical Foreman will spend most of their time in the field working on construction sites throughout the state of PA. Travel is expected in the role with the potential need to stay out of town for extended periods. However, an 8-hour day is typical M-F. Since a lot of the work is outside, hours can be weather dependent and some weekend work may be required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Scheduling, coordinating, ordering, inventorying of mechanical materials
• Startup of water and wastewater plant process equipment.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Applicant must have experience in the water and waste water industry with a general understanding of the mechanical piping, plant process equipment, plant operations and controls
• Ability to pass a pre-employment substance abuse screening
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Authorized to work on federally funded job sites
