In this role, you’ll build strong relationships with prospects, existing customers, and the local community to drive business growth. Key Details:
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM.
- Compensation: Base pay plus a highly lucrative commission structure.
- Licensing: Property and Casualty license preferred. Don’t have one? We’ll provide resources to help you obtain it.
Responsibilities:
- Develop inbound leads and cultivate lasting client relationships.
- Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend tailored coverage options.
- Educate clients on policy benefits and terms while being their trusted advisor.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Stay informed about industry trends and continually improve product knowledge and sales skills.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Outgoing and competitive with a passion for sales.
- Proven experience in telemarketing or insurance sales is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in insurance software or CRM systems.
- Insurance licenses (Property and Casualty) and certifications are a plus.
- Multilingual abilities, particularly Spanish proficiency, are a bonus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
