HOSPITALITY TEAM MEMBERS – Counter-Staff, Baristas
We are an upscale, chef-driven sandwich and salad restaurant priding ourselves on creating partnerships with local farmers and purveyors and sourcing quality ingredients.

You’ll spend your day passionately connecting with our guests!
- Greeting guests and making them feel welcome
- Taking guests’ orders at the counter and over the phone
- Running food and beverages to the guests
Responsibilities & Essential Functions:
- Learning and maintaining knowledge of our seasonal menus
- Dietary and allergy awareness
- Frequent walking and standing for long periods of time
- Lift and carry up to 35 lbs.
- Perform repetitive tasks
- Practicing good safety and sanitation methods
- Have current food handler/TABC certification
*Must be 18 years of age or older
Schedule:
- Full-time hours available depending on performance quality and consistency
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including: nights, weekends, and holidays
Compensation:
- Guaranteed starting wage of $19/hr after training (paid), increasing to $20/hr guaranty once basic goals are achieved
