We are a growing, privately owned Sales and Marketing company in the Los Angeles area, servicing over 5,000 customers nationwide. Currently, we are seeking a collaborative and solution-oriented individual to join our customer service team! This is seasonal to a possible full-time position.

Responsibilities :
Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions
Handling customer order related questions, inquiries, and complaints
Recommends products that will meet customers needs
Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Maintaining current knowledge of products offered
Perform all other related duties as assigned
