The Branch Manager is responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth through:
Operational efficiency Streamlining processes for peak performance
Team development Recruiting, training, and retaining a skilled workforce
Customer retention Ensuring exceptional service to build long-term loyalty
Revenue generation Maximizing opportunities across all service offerings
Key Performance Targets
Success in this role means consistently meeting and exceeding these benchmarks:
Achieve targeted revenue across mosquito control, pest control, and holiday lighting services by year-end 2025
Maintain steady revenue intake per week during peak operational periods
Ensure a stable workforce of full-time field technicians throughout the season
Meet annual revenue goals for holiday lighting services
Drive upsell conversions to generate additional revenue
Optimize sales conversion rates for new business acquisition
Operate within budget while maximizing profitability

Active Pest Control License in Structural Pest Control & Mosquito Control
Continuing Education Credits for pest control (preferred)
Bachelors degree or 5 years of experience in a related field (preferred)
Proven leadership experience in operations, sales, or management
Valid drivers license
Ability to lift at least 40 lbs
Professional references required
