What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server/Bartender position at Locale Italian Kitchen?
We are looking to hire Servers/Bartenders for our team at Locale! A Server/Bartender prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. They can assess a customer’s requests and like to make great recommendations.

- Greet guests with a welcoming smile, be engaging with our guests
- Must be fully knowledgeable of our menu
- Guide guests with recommendation’s and be aware of allergy issues
- Effectively take guests orders
- Running your food orders if the food runners get backed up
- Must be able to correctly work a POS system
- Properly handle cash and other forms of payments
- Evaluate proper identification of guests to insure they are of proper drinking age
- Communicate with our kitchen team on any manners pertaining to any guest requirement
- Follow all SNHD food and sanitation guidelines
- Must have Food Handler Safety Card in Nevada
What we are looking for:
- Must have at least one year of prior serving experience
- Candidate must be able to bend and lift to 50 lbs.
- Candidate must be at least 21 years old
- Must be a team player and have a positive attitude
- Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule, must be able to work weekends, and holidays.
