What You’ll Do:
You’ll be part of a team that installs, maintains, and troubleshoots a variety of services for homes and businesses, including:
- Telephone, internet, TV
- Security systems (alarm, fire, and camera setups)
- Basic networking and connectivity issues
We’ll teach you how to:
- Run wiring and set up equipment
- Install and configure systems
- Diagnose and solve technical issues on-site and remotely
- Work with software tools and customer support platforms
You'll also:
- Keep records of your work
- Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional way
- Provide support and education to customers on how to use their systems
- Occasionally be on-call for after-hours support (rotating schedule)
Who We’re Looking For:
- Dependable and motivated people who want to build a long-term career
- Comfortable using tools and working in a hands-on environment (indoors and outdoors)
- Good communicators who take pride in doing quality work
- Physically able to climb ladders, work in small spaces, and lift equipment when needed
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Experience is a plus but not required—we’re happy to train the right person!
Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Nice to Have):
- Familiarity with Mitel or 3CX phone systems
- Electrical license (06) or NICET certifications
- Previous experience with security or networking systems
