Ideal applicants will have outstanding customer service and communications skills, as well as a helpful disposition. Experience troubleshooting internet, television, and phone service preferred, but not necessary. Bi-lingual preferred but not required. EEO
Technical Support Representative Job Duties:
- Provides answers to clients by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding client through corrective steps.
- Improves customer relations by entering and maintaining electronic documentation.
- Improves system performance by identifying problems and recommending changes.
- Increases knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
- Maintains a professional relationship with customers, co-workers and outside resources.
