Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Military Analyst to join our team as we continue to grow and expand our services. As a Senior Military Analyst, you will play a critical role in providing expert-level support to our clients, leveraging your extensive knowledge and experience in military doctrine, command and control systems, and technology modernization initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert-level analytical and technical support to the Army Capability Manager – Mission Command and Command Post (ACM MC/CP).
- Conduct comprehensive reviews and analysis of current and future command and control (C2) systems, CP operational concepts, and capability development processes.
- Develop and refine JCIDS documents, including Initial Capabilities Documents (ICDs), Capability Development Documents (CDDs), and Requirements Definition Packages (RDPs).
- Represent ACM MC/CP in key forums, including Integrated Concept Development Teams (ICDTs), Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), and Joint C2 workgroups.
- Collaborate with senior officials and organizations, including ASA(ALT), HQDA, AFC, and FCC on capability development and integration.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience supporting Army C2 systems, CP operational concepts, and capability development processes.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience working with JCIDS documentation and requirements development.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience conducting analytical research and technical writing.
- Active Secret Security Clearance Required.
