ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Help deliver the overall property maintenance and repairs for projects from start to finish, ensuring proper completion of various tasks related to the project.
- Use skillful handwork with various tools.
- Operate small pieces of equipment safely and efficiently as instructed by Team Leads.
- Perform repairs and maintenance as needed to equipment, fences and buildings.
- Perform manual labor including digging, lifting, climbing, carrying and installing.
- Finish work in accordance with direction from Team Leads.
- Ensure that all elements of the assigned project tasks are completed in a timely and professional manner.
- Be responsible for assisting in the repair, maintenance and inspection of various pieces of property.
- Assist with other various tasks and projects, as needed.
- Represent Maple Ranch in a professional manner at all times.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.
- Strong organizational, communications and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to organize work effectively, conceptualize and prioritize objectives and exercise independent judgment based on an understanding of organizational policies and activities.
- Highly motivated and energetic.

- Prior experience in a laborer role preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to listen and follow instructions, as well as willingness to continue to learn.
- Desire to advance and learn the trade.
- Experience with light to heavy manual labor in the repair, construction and maintenance of various related tasks.
