Position: Server
Location: Lock 4 at Smitty’s Marina
Start Date: May 15th - Soft Opening
Type: Part-Time or Full-Time
Pay: Competitive hourly wage tips
What You’ll Do:
- Provide warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service
- Guide guests through food and drink menus like a pro
- Anticipate needs and exceed expectations
- Handle multiple tables and stay cool under pressure
- Work closely with bartenders, hosts, and kitchen team to ensure smooth service
What We’re Looking For:
- Confident, engaging personality
- At least 1 year of serving experience in a high-volume or fast-paced setting preferred
- Solid knowledge of food and beverage (and a willingness to keep learning!)
- Team player with great communication skills
- Available nights and weekends
