Operations and Executive Assistant at the Lock Haven University Foundation:
The Operations and Executive Assistant reports to the Executive Director and represents the team as the frontline staff member of the Lock Haven University Foundation. The ideal candidate should be a detail-oriented multitasker with a vast array of technical and communication skills eager to work in a family-oriented, best-in-class environment that prioritizes quality and exemplary customer service.
Primary responsibilities include greeting visitors, managing calendars (appointments and travel), email management, purchase reconciliations, coordinating board communications, and assisting with the maintenance of software and IT systems. Strong communication with students, alumni, donors, board members, and university executives is crucial.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required; experience with fundraising software is preferred. Physical demands are moderate with occasional nights and/or weekend work required.
