Key Responsibilities:
- Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing.
- Install and maintain flowers, shrubs, trees, and other landscaping elements.
- Mulch, prune, and weed flower beds and landscaped areas.
- Assist with lawn aeration, fertilization, and seeding.
- Follow proper safety protocols while using equipment and handling materials.
- Maintain and care for landscaping equipment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure quality service.
- Keep job sites clean and organized.
- Work efficiently and consistently to meet client expectations.
Qualifications:
- Previous landscaping or lawn care experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to operate lawn care equipment (mowers, blowers, trimmers, etc.).
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality service.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus.
