- Provide exceptional customer support by answering phone calls and responding to inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing documents, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Support accounting functions by utilizing QuickBooks for invoicing and expense tracking.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all office operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the overall functioning of the office.
Skills
- Proficient in computer software applications including Excel and QuickBooks.
- Strong calendar management skills to effectively coordinate schedules.
- Excellent phone etiquette for professional communication with clients and colleagues.
