YOUR ROLE
In this partially remote project management position, you're responsible for ensuring every job is completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. You collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to effectively manage all stages of our projects from start to finish.
Depending on the job, your responsibilities include coordinating internal and external schedules, updating stakeholders, and preparing and maintaining vital documentation. You conduct site visits and perform inspections to ensure quality and safety compliance. As you monitor job progress, you quickly squash any problems that arise.
QUALIFICATIONS
We'd prefer a candidate with a bachelor's degree in a field like construction management, but it's not required. Here are the minimum criteria we're looking for:
- Proven experience as a construction manager or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and materials
- Good people skills
- Proficiency with computers and construction management software and tools
- Valid driver's license
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
SCHEDULE
This project management position typically works during the day, Monday - Friday, for about 30 - 40 hours per week.
