REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as a construction manager or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and materials
- Proficiency with construction management software and tools
- Valid driver's license
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
Our ideal Office Manager also has a bachelor's degree in a field like construction management. When you're not on-site or in our office, you need to be able to work from home.
WHAT TO EXPECT
You typically work 30 - 40 hours/week from Monday - Friday during the day.
From beginning to end, you oversee our projects and make sure everything goes off without a hitch. You manage all aspects and collaborate with other departments to make sure we complete jobs on time, within budget, and according to specifications. Attentive to detail, you prepare project documentation, monitor job progress, and coordinate schedules for vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
While you can sometimes work from home, you also conduct site visits to check for quality and safety. You quickly resolve any problems that come up, and you keep our stakeholders updated on the job. Taking on other responsibilities as needed, you're vital to our successful project completion!
