Aesthetic Facialist - 1099 Contractor

Lockhart Matter Dermatology, Aesthetic & Laser Center is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Aesthetic Facialist to join our team as a 1099 independent contractor. We offer a beautiful and supportive environment where you can build your clientele and grow your business. If you are a driven and talented professional with a passion for skincare and client satisfaction, we encourage you to apply! Prefer someone who has existing clientele to bring over and help build our non laser/injectable services.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a wide range of aesthetic facial treatments, including but not limited to:
• Facials (e.g., classic, anti-aging, acne treatments)
• Hydrafacials
• Chemical peels
• Microdermabrasion
• Dermaplaning
• Other advanced skincare treatments (depending on your expertise)
• Consult with clients to assess their skin concerns and recommend appropriate treatments and home care regimens
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment room, adhering to all sanitation and safety protocols
• Promote and sell retail skincare products
• Build and maintain a loyal client base
• Manage your own schedule and appointments
• Maintain necessary licenses and certifications
• Provide own equipment for services

Qualifications:

• Licensed Aesthetician in Texas
• Proven experience in performing a variety of facial treatments
• Excellent knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and techniques
• Strong client communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Professional and positive attitude
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed
• Must have your own equipment and supplies
