**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Storage Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our storage facilities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in store management and be able to effectively manage inventory, maintain a clean and organized environment, and provide exceptional customer service. Additionally, the Storage Manager will be responsible for communicating with clients, preparing sales and payrolls, and staying within budget. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be proficient in multiple languages is a must. **Duties:** - Manage and maintain the cleanliness and organization of storage facilities - Coordinate with clients to ensure their needs are met, including communicating with them effectively - Prepare and process sales and payrolls - Conduct inventory management and maintain accurate records - Oversee the procurement of supplies and negotiate prices - Assist with budgeting and financial planning - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Perform administrative tasks as needed - Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to client inquiries **Experience:** - 5 years of experience in a store management or related field - Proven experience with budgeting and financial planning - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances - Multilingual, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse linguistic backgrounds - Experience with sales and payroll processes - Familiarity with administrative tasks and clerical duties **Skills:** - Proficiency in administrative tasks - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work within a budget - Sales and pricing knowledge - Experience with store management - Multilingual - Payroll and sales experience - Experience as a clerk
