About the Role
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to our front-end Sales & Estimating Department. Key responsibilities include maintaining project files, contracts, and documents, as well as ensuring accurate and timely filing and retrieval of documents. Additionally, the role involves preparing and distributing meeting minutes, reports, and project communications.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and organize project files, contracts, and other project-related documents
• Ensure accurate and timely filing and retrieval of documents, both physical and electronic
• Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, reports, and other project communications
• Provide administrative support to the Sales & Estimating Department
Requirements
• Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the construction industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with construction management software
