The Office Coordinator for Construction Operations will provide administrative support to our front-end Sales & Estimating Department, ensuring the smooth and efficient administrative operations of our construction projects.
We require experience with both public and private projects, as well as DCAMM and DAS. Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and organizing project files, contracts, and other project-related documents.
- Ensuring accurate and timely filing and retrieval of documents, both physical and electronic.
- Preparing and distributing meeting minutes, reports, and other project communications.
- Providing administrative support, including answering phone calls, emails, and other inquiries.
- Scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Managing office supplies and equipment.
- Maintaining and updating company project lists.
- Assisting with the preparation of project pre-qualification, bid packages, and proposals.
