Simulation & System Test (SST) Reprogramming Labs Project Lead. Responsible for providing project leadership and direction for the design, development, delivery and support of high-fidelity simulation/ Hardware In The Loop (HITL) test products to customers utilized in the development & test of F35 Mission Data.

This position is responsible for leading teams of engineers having project responsibility for performing detailed research, design, implementation, integration, test, delivery, and operations for a variety of Reprogramming Lab products.

This position has overall responsibility for developing the Reprogramming lab project development scheduled activities, deliveries and major milestones including managing the cost and schedule for the implementation of these products and labs, and communicating technical and program status to internal and external leadership.

This position is responsible for working with the SST Reprogramming Labs Lead, SST F-35 Projects Mgr, SST Design, Build, and Implementation execution staff, program leadership, internal and external customers, and functional SST leadership to seamlessly integrate projects.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline.

• Project Management Experience.

• Working with multiple cross functional teams.

• External customer interaction and interface experience.

• Extensive Technical Experience/Background.

• DoD Secret Clearance
Desired Skills:
• Simulation and/or Systems Integration Labs development experience or working with Labs.

• Control Account Management (EVMS) Experience.

• Risk Analysis.

• Systems Engineering Experience.

• Program Management Experience.

• Reprogramming Lab Experience.

• Product Development and Integration Management experience.

• RMF/JSIG knowledge and experience.

• Information Assurance knowledge and experience.

• Lab development experience in both the systems and software areas.
