Description:As the Signature Management Director, you’re required to deliver engineering to meet program commitments in support to the Line of Business Engineering Leaders and Programs. Your responsibilities include workforce strategy, plan, and delivery. Maintain and enhance engineering excellence, integrity, and quality in discipline. Lead and support critical strategic Aero imperatives. Within Air Vehicle Engineering (AVE) the Signature Management Director is responsible for management of Signature Management & Survivability Engineering across all Aero sites. They are also the LM Aero POC for LO and Signature related activities. Responsible for Technical Integrity for Signature Management & Survivability including design, development, integration, and testing for all LM-Aero programs. The Signature Management role also includes collaboration with the LOBs and Tech Roadmaps to ensure alignment of capability needs to meet strategic objectives and ensure execution of programs. Additional roles include, developing, maintaining, and growing the Signature Management & Survivability tools and processes, maintaining all SM&S facilities including capital forecasting and expenditures, and Signature product maturation and scale-up to support program execution. This directorate also leads the Signature Management Corporate Enterprise Capability Council. The role has significant internal and external collaboration, delivery, and communication responsibilities.
For this particular position, an active DOD Top Secret security clearance and supports a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
Demonstrated ability to manage large organizations including positive culture
Experience in Signature Management (LO, etc)
Broad based program management experience: managing large performance efforts delivering cost, schedule, and financial outcomes.
Demonstrated experience leading diverse and highly dynamic teams/organizations.
Demonstrated experience working with internal and external Customers.
Understanding Production scale up repair and maintenance of LO Vehicle Systems
Desired Skills:
Bachelor's degree with 15 years relevant experience in a Signature Management related discipline
Strong organizational, planning and time management skills.
Ability to manage, coach, train and motivate team in technical and leadership development.
Strong presentation skills and ability to address complex matters / solutions with senior leadership.
Familiar with working with multiple government and industry partners.
Demonstrated ability to work issues across boundaries.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California or New York City is $180,000 - $300,000 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
