What are the responsibilities and job description for the Producer Proxy position at Lockton Companies Social Sourcing?
The Producer Proxy will work alongside a Producer and will be, Client Relationship Development, New Business Development and Accountable for Client Retention
• Develop and cultivate strong relationships with senior leadership at clients. Ensure that Lockton is regularly present.
• Collaborate with service teams establishing an ongoing benefit offering strategy aligned with client industry vertical and client goals/objectives.
• Attention to detail in review of presentation materials. Ability to get to the wisdom and knowledge to support recommendations.
• Present to executives and assist the team create presentations and present, as required, that are executive level focused.
• Collaborate internally with Lockton SME Practices to ensure cohesive message for presentations and meetings.
• Collaborate with the core teams to solve client issues by presenting Lockton specialty practice expertise & services.
• Admired and respected by team leads and leadership. Leadership ability to adapt to unique team styles.
• Ability to lead behind the scenes and allow the team lead to present, read the room, and reinforce key messages or recommendations in meetings.
• Skilled in negotiating and collaborating internally with SME’s and teams in order to produce the best presentations and recommendations.
• Mentor team members in their technical, leadership, and presentation skills.
• Leverage work with other clients and teams to share best practices.
• Accountability to support any increase/decreases in fees, as needed and communicate with client.
• Deliver the tough messages to clients – credibility
