Allison Audiology & Hearing Aid Center is a premier audiology clinic recognized for delivering high-quality and compassionate care to patients of all ages and creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
They seek an energetic, ambitious, and friendly Part-Time Front Office Coordinator to join their team.
As the first point of contact with patients, this role is a combination of guest services, front desk, office administration, marketing, and public relations.
Front Office Coordinator candidates must be able to cultivate patients' confidence and loyalty while working in a fast-paced atmosphere, managing and anticipating workload without compromising quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Creating a memorable first impression of Allison Audiology for anyone calling or visiting the practice.
- Welcoming and checking-in patients as they enter the office.
- Connecting, communicating, and informing potential patients of the services and inspiring them to schedule an appointment.
- Assist with insurance benefits verification before patients' arrival and explanation of the benefit coverage.
- Updating and maintaining database records and patient demographics
- Ordering, sorting shipments (inventory, office supplies, etc.), and placing received items in the designated area.
- Assisting with marketing efforts, including creating content and posting to social media outlets (if no experience, must be willing to learn)
- Adherence and implementation of all Medicare and HIPPA guidelines for patients
- Answering phones, scheduling patients, and confirming upcoming appointments
- Preparing charts for the next day
- Additional administrative tasks, as needed.
