Responsibilities
- Assistant to the Chief Information Officer, proactively managing a dynamic schedule with engagements across the globe.
- Will be responsible for managing the calendars of the CIO and their direct reports and anticipating needs/problem solving before a situation even arises.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate travel arrangements. International travel expertise is a plus.
- Leading/Assist with the planning and coordination of meetings and special events occurring throughout the year on both a casual and formal basis.
- Analyze incoming email and phone calls to determine their significance and treatment.
- Complete expense reports.
- Prepare e-mails, letters, and other business correspondence.
- Greet and host visitors, both US and international.
- Perform general office duties.
- Strength with Power Point creation a plus.
- Support special projects for the CIO and other office duties.
- Work as a team with other Executive Assistants.
- Serve as a role model to other associates with respect to positive attitude, performance, and leadership.
- A minimum of five years' executive level support experience.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite; specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills, along with the ability to develop relationships.
- Excellent proofreading and editing skills. Strong attention to detail required.
- Ability to work independently.
- Entrepreneurial, self-starter attitude. Must be able to voice opinion on improving the working relationship.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Organizational and time management skills to prioritize workload and meet time sensitive deadlines.
- Must have the demonstrated ability to not disclose confidential information, along with precise and careful handling of critically sensitive and confidential documents.
- Must be able to work in the office when the CIO is in.
- From time to time some travel required in the U.S.
