Core Responsibilities
Support Clients and Colleagues:
- Assist with the development of presentations, data analytics reports, benchmarking, and vendor analysis to represent Lockton’s Precision Health (PH) services to clients and prospective clients.
- Effectively present population health management concepts and solution considerations to clients.
- Maintain database of client involvement and strategy engagement details.
- Facilitate strategic planning discussion to frame up project management deliverables.
- Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project plans for each assigned client.
- Assist Precision Health Consultant in the development, planning, and management of a variety of short-term and long-range population health management projects.
- Work directly with Lockton client service teams to ensure implementation status is effectively communicated and action plans are in place for execution.
- Ensure all target timelines, action items and deliverables through an assigned project are successfully met and completed.
- Provide ongoing vendor management support to ensure client and contract expectations are met.
- Work with vendor partners to attain ongoing engagement and outcomes reporting to determine effectiveness of solution.
- Provide excellent service and partnership with colleagues and clients.
- Respond in a timely manner to the requests and needs of clients and Lockton associates.
- Conduct best practice assessments of health risk management tools, program design and vendor programs.
- Develop marketing timeline and manage full vendor marketing process to ensure timely execution to client decision.
- Possess working knowledge of the vendor landscape and PH marketing tools, assist PH Consultant on targeting right fit vendor solutions, and coordinate with vendors on proposal generation.
- Work with HRS Consultant to develop detailed vendor marketing summaries to help guide clients in making informed decisions.
- Support new vendor contract execution and solution implementation.
- Identify targeted client population health insights via available carrier reporting and through Lockton’s proprietary population health data intelligence platform (Infolock).
- Protect the confidentiality of information learned by performing the duties of the position.
- Maintain knowledge on the latest compliance regulations specific to wellness and disease management programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in health education, or related field required.
- 5 years of experience working with employers in project management of complex, full spectrum population health management programs; prior experience as a broker consultant, population health vendor or insurance carrier representative ideal.
- Strong working knowledge of worksite wellness industry.
- Must be detail oriented and have excellent time management skills to prioritize workloads and meet time sensitive deadlines.
- Proficiency with personal computers, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Salesforce, and other database/workflow management programs.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Must be able to work collaboratively with internal partners to achieve client goals.
- Ability to interact with clients, vendors, and insurance carriers on a professional level to address issues that produce optimum results in a timely manner.
