Service Advisor

This is a customer service type job with a touch of hotel hospitality mentality. Individuals need to be good communicators, detail orientated, goal driven and organized. You will be writing, dispatching and managing repair orders. Making appointments and writing estimates on repairs. We are looking for someone that is outgoing, energetic and likes to work as a team. Some knowledge of automobiles is preferred but not necessary. This is a fast paced position and you are the face of providing a great experience to our customers!

As a Service Advisor, you will be instrumental in delivering outstanding customer service while facilitating vehicle maintenance and repair processes. Reporting to the Service Manager, your core skills in automotive diagnostics, service writing, and customer relations will ensure efficient communication between customers and technicians. Pay: $60,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
