Job Summary:
We are expanding our team and seeking a Sales Development Manager who is fluent in both English and Mandarin to help us grow our client base and drive revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and client insights to management.
- Negotiate and close deals to maximize revenue and commission potential.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management for 1 year
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software is a plus.
