LocumJobsOnline is working with Cynet Locums to find a qualified Family Practice NP in Washington!About The PositionJob Title : Nurse Practitioner Job Specialty : Family Practice Job Duration : 3 months, possibility to extend Shift : Day, 5x8-Hour (08 : 00 - 17 : 00), Monday-Friday Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours / week Experience : Minimum of 2 years as an FNP, with face-to-face patient contact within the past year License : Active WA license required Certifications : To be discussed during credentialing Must-Have : Clean background, active WA DEA Job Description : - Work in an outpatient ambulatory setting in a Community Health Center.- Support staff includes a dedicated medical assistant, receptionist, mental health therapists, and dietitians. Most clinics have an onsite pediatrician.- Providers service vulnerable populations including migrants and refugees, interpretative services available on site.- Responsible for patient care covering newborns to geriatrics, managing up to 18 patients per day.- Engage in family medicine, walk-in / acute care services, and chronic disease management.- Expected to perform basic procedures such as injections, IUD placement, and minor wound care.- Use the EMR system, EPIC, for patient records.- Will receive 1-week ramp-up with onsite orientation, expected to begin patient care by day 3.- Travel logistics include coverage for flight, rental car or mileage, and lodging.- Must be COVID and flu vaccinated.- Spanish or Russian speakers are a plus.1598313EXPPLATJob RequirementsRequired for Onboarding
