Requirements North Memorial is seeking a Hem/Onc Locum to start as soon as credentialed!Practice Setting: Inpatient coverage only.Dates of Coverage: Needed by end of January at the latest. Needed for a minimum of nine monthCall Schedule: 5 pm to 8 am - Call volumes low - average 1-2 calls per night Patient Population for Required Coverage: AdultAverage Number of Patients Per Day - HOSPITAL Call/Rounding: 10Trauma Level/Designation Hospital: Level 1Documentation System/EMR: EPICEstimated Credentialing Timeframe: 3-4 months must have MN license Required Procedures: Mgmt. of VAD/CV Catheters- assessment of port integrity and Chemotherapy - IntrathecalNorth Memorial does not reimburse for credentialing costs or application fees.
Schedule 7 days per week including weekend. Inpatient only (including weekends and overnights).
