Job Description:
This is a locums position that requires a skilled diagnostic radiologist to work on-site at the hospital. The ideal candidate will have experience in general diagnostic radiology, including procedures such as plain film (PF), ultrasound (US), computed tomography (CT), and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). The workload is expected to be around 65 Relative Value Units (RVUs) per day.
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5 PM
- Modalities: PF, US, CT, MRI, and Nuclear Medicine
- Procedures: None
- Equipment/PACS System: Intelerad PACS
- Dictation system: Powerscribe 4.0
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostic tests, interpreting images, and communicating results to patients and healthcare professionals. A strong commitment to quality patient care and effective communication is essential for this role.
