Our 12-week internship program is designed to introduce you to the world of Management Consulting and its application in the Federal Sector. Through this experience, you will be given an opportunity to participate and contribute to solving our current business challenges across various of areas of our business. We are excited to share our experiences and to help contribute to your professional career growth.
Each week of your internship you will learn about and participate in various exercises and projects that will allow you to gain experience with all aspects involved with working in and managing a Consulting organization, including Business Operations, Business Development, Marketing, Human Resources, Employee Development, Project Management, Client Delivery.

Requirements:
- Experience with presentation and spreadsheet tools, such as PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel
- Experience and/or strong interest in Management Consulting
- Exceptional analytical skills
- History of success throughout academic career
- Strong communication skills, written and oral
- Experience excelling in a team environment
- Ability to work on projects with demanding deadlines
- Strong organizational and “follow-through” skills
- Above average work ethic
- An innovative spirit
- Attention to detail
Education:
- Currently enrolled students in pursuit of a Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field
