Our reputable car repair shop requires an experienced Service Advisor to join our customer service team. The main duties of this position will be to greet customers, schedule appointments and answer questions about vehicle services. We are looking for a service professional who can work effectively with a team and independently. We're seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual who is willing to learn more about our industry and help us grow.
Responsibilities:
- Advise customers about the repairs necessary for their vehicles.
- Gather, verify, and present information to customers about their cars.
- Provide information about the availability of replacement parts, scheduling of repairs, and future costs associated with repair work.
- Order parts and schedule appointments for service work.
- Deal with difficult customers in a professional manner.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
