Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive services and sales, coupled with exceptional customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by listening to customers' concerns and addressing their needs promptly
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to accurately diagnose vehicle issues and recommend appropriate services
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain service recommendations and upsell additional services as needed
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service orders, and vehicle history
Experience
- Prior experience in auto service management or dealership environment is preferred
- Strong knowledge of automotive services including brake repair, suspension, and transmission systems
- Proven track record in service writing and upselling additional services
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
