What are the responsibilities and job description for the AP/Payroll Coordinator position at Lofton Staffing & Security?
9 AM-5 PM Monday-Friday
16-20 / hr DOE
Long term, temp to hire position, with potential for growth!
Duties include but are not limited to :
Processing payroll for 3 companies
Processing Accounts Payable for 3 companies
Banking management
Facilitating work flow with company CPA
Processing all accounting functions necessary to generate accurate monthly financials
Maintaining proper / up to date employee files
Light purchasing
Processing tax deposits
Balancing and reconciling daily deposits
Various assignments as needed
Website and social media management
Requirements :
Min 3 years payroll / AP experience required
Quickbooks experience preferred!
