Purpose of the Role
CSR 2 builds on the responsibilities of CSR 1 by handling more complex customer service tasks, including in-depth contract reviews and detailed interpretation of product specifications. This role plays a key part in providing advanced customer support while ensuring that products and services meet customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle more complex customer inquiries, especially those involving technical details or specifications.
- Review and interpret contracts and Bill of Materials (BOM) for order accuracy and feasibility.
- Process orders and quotes with a higher level of technical detail.
- Calculate pricing and adjust orders as necessary.
- Review ongoing customer issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
- Assist CSR 1 team members with questions and troubleshooting.
- Participate in team meetings to share best practices and review performance metrics.
- Conduct detailed reviews of customer feedback and suggest improvements to processes.
- Provide input into performance evaluations and training needs.
- Support the development of new processes or service offerings.
