We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our growing Covington corporate team overseeing the maintenance of our facilities and managing ongoing construction and renovation projects. Position Overview
As our Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing a multitude of projects from equipment purchases, residential/commercial renovation projects, facilities management, and the like across all company facilities. This role ensures all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while maintaining safety, quality, and operational continuity.
Position Key Areas of Responsibility
- Purchasing - Responsible for purchases of office and field equipment as well as supplied needed for projects including vendor relationship management and negotiations
- Property Management - managing repair and maintenance crews
- Facility Oversight – ensure all facilities are properly maintained
- Construction/Renovation Management - Plan, manage and execute new construction, renovation, and facility maintenance projects from inception to completion
- Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules
- Define and document project scope, objectives, and desired outcome
- Set and manage stakeholder expectations, both internally and externally
- Prepare a budget based on project scope
- Set and adhere to budgetary allocation
- Estimate resource requirement, acquire it effectively and manage efficiently
- Provide project updates to stakeholders
- Create and manage contracts with suppliers and vendors, ensuring timely deliveries
- Track project performance to ensure both short-term and long-term goals are met
- Create and maintain detailed project documentation
- Manage interdepartmental coordination to ensure smooth project execution
Position Compensation/Benefits

Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
- 3-5 years’ experience in project management
- 3-5 years’ experience in facilities, construction, and property management project oversight
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with team members and external stakeholders
- Advanced competency in using MS Office Suite including Excel and MS Project to facilitate project management, develop reports and presentations
- Experience in procurement, contract management, supervision and oversight of contractors and service providers
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple project plans and schedules
- Proven leadership skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Capable of managing crises as and when they arise
- Adept at negotiating internally as well as externally
