Position Overview:
We’re looking for a driven and polished Corporate Sales Manager who will also serve as an Assistant Manager at our restaurant. This dual-role position is responsible for managing and growing our private dining room and corporate event sales across both of our campuses. From bourbon tastings to executive dinners, you’ll lead our event business while also helping oversee day-to-day operations.
Job Summary/Primary Functions:
- Develop and grow sales for private dining rooms, corporate events, and bourbon tastings.
- Serve as the point of contact for corporate clients, planners, and VIP guests.
- Generate new business through outreach, networking, and relationship building.
- Create and execute event proposals, pricing, and contracts in alignment with brand standards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless event execution.
- Support daily floor management and service as Assistant Manager when not focused on sales.
- Track and report sales metrics; hit revenue goals to maximize commission earnings.
Skills/Experience Required:
- 3 years in hospitality sales, event planning, or restaurant management (fine dining preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills—you’re confident, professional, and guest-focused.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple events and responsibilities.
- Self-motivated and results-driven—you know how to close a deal and follow through.
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed based on event schedules.
