Logan A/C & Heat Services in Dayton, OH is looking to hire a Warehouse Coordinator. Monday-Friday from 7:00 AM-3:30 PM.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and fill orders for same-day and next-day installations.
- Ensure all installation jobs are accompanied by correct and complete photos.
- Receive and stock equipment and installation materials; verify shipments against purchase orders, sign off, and report discrepancies to the supervisor or accounts payable.
- Replenish inventory stock by placing orders with established vendors.
- Communicate any inventory discrepancies to the manager.
- Maintain a hazard-free office and warehouse environment.
- Load and unload cargo as needed.
- Order parts and confirm deliveries are accurate.
- Travel to the Dayton office as required based on workload.
- Collaborate effectively with the logistics team.
- Visit supply houses and other offices to acquire equipment and materials as needed.
- Deliver parts or supplies to installers and service technicians as requested by the Logistics or Branch Manager.
- Maintain warehouse organization, adhering to FIFO (First In, First Out) guidelines.
- Process RMAs for damaged or unneeded equipment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Competencies:
- Care and Use of Equipment: Possess excellent knowledge of job-related equipment, ensuring careful handling and storage.
- Organizing: Use resources effectively and arrange information and files in a systematic manner.
Experience and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2 years of warehouse or inventory experience.
- Current forklift certification.
- Proficient in iPad and computer skills, with some software knowledge.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to operate a company vehicle.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; Service Titan experience required.
Physical Demands:
- Frequently required to stand and walk.
- Regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- May need to lift, push, pull, and/or move items exceeding 50 pounds on a weekly basis.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
