Logan County Department of Job & Family Services is seeking a detail-oriented Child Support Modifications/Administrative Hearing Officer in the Child Support Enforcement Unit.
The primary duties of this position are Case Management/Customer Service with a focus on modification of child support orders and enforcement. This position includes work in the following areas: Intergovernmental Case Management, extensive searches for cases in Locate and other child support related functions. This position will serve as an Administrative Hearing Officer for the Child Support Unit.
The successful candidate will have working knowledge and understanding of child support program areas and strong computer skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Out-look, Teams and SharePoint. Previous experience working in child support establishment preferred. Must have excellent attendance, a positive attitude and work well with others.
Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. Salary Range: $36,961.60-$47,881.60. Logan County offers an excellent benefits package, including health insurance benefits, employee paid dental and vision, paid sick leave (after accumulated), paid vacation leave (after one year of service) or after accumulated if prior countable service, deferred compensation plans, and flexible work hours. Logan County participates in the Ohio Public Employee’s Retirement System.
